BODY-PATTERNING (Deep Tissue) THERAPY
A process of identifying the level of tissue (bone, fascial, muscle, visceral and nervous) that is causing restriction or exaggeration of movement. This dis-ease in movement creates patterns of stress in the body that can manifest symptoms of pain. Bodypatterning uses, but is not limited to, both active and active assistance to the body by using movement, rocking, fascial pulls, tilts, hand holds, finger pressure points and more to encourage a different pattern of movement for you that can ease and eliminate pain.
